Governor Matthew H. Mead has ordered the State of Wyoming flag be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at the Capitol in Cheyenne and in Big Horn County in honor of former Wyoming Legislator James D. Mockler who passed away November 24, 2014.
Mr. Mockler served in the Wyoming House of Representatives 1973 – 1976.
It is the universal custom to display the flag from sunrise to sunset (unless properly illuminated during the hours of darkness).
