Today, Governor Phil Murphy directed U.S. and New Jersey flags to fly at half-staff on Wednesday, June 12, 2019, to honor the life of West Point Cadet Christopher “C.J.” Morgan of West Orange, who died after a military vehicle accident last Thursday.
