By order of the Governor, flags over the State Capitol are to fly at half-staff from sunrise until sunset on Saturday, April 6, 2019 in memory of former Representative Ben West, Jr. of Nashville. West served for 26 years in the Tennessee House of Representatives, representing eastern Davidson county from 1984 to 2010.
