Governor Scott Walker has ordered flags to fly at half-staff, Saturday, April 7, 2018, in honor of former Wisconsin Attorney General Bronson La Follette.
In accordance with the order, please ensure that the flag of the United States and the flag of the State of Wisconsin are flown at half-staff at all state facilities beginning at sunrise on Saturday, April 7, 2018, and ending at sunset on that same date.
**When flown at half-staff or half-mast, the U.S. flag should be hoisted first to the peak for an instant and then lowered to the half-staff or half-mast position. The flag should again be raised to the peak before it is lowered for the day.
