Made in the USA All our American flags are positively made in the United States. All materials used for the construction of our flags are also milled within the United States.
Commitment to Workmanship Quality
All workmanship is 100% guaranteed. If the original buyer is not totally satisfied with the workmanship, deficiencies should be reported within two weeks of delivery. American Flags Express Inc. may request photos or the return of the flag for thorough inspection before determining how the claim will be handled. If warranted American Flags Express Inc. will fix or replace the flag in question.
Six Month Limited Warranty We offer a 6 months limited warranty from date of purchase on Endura-Nylon and Poly-Max American flags in sizes 3' x 5', 4' x 6' and 5' x 8'. If your flag becomes badly worn or faded in that time we will replace it at our cost, at our discretion. Only 1 replacement will be made. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes badly worn.
Please call our Customer Service Department for authorization at 262-783-4800 extension 10. Photos of damaged flags and/or flags return for inspection will be thoroughly analyzed by our Flag Forensics Specialist.
American Flags Express Inc., reserves the right to decide what is badly worn. This warranty DOES NOT COVER FLAG DAMAGE CAUSED BY EXTREME WEATHER, such as: storms, snow, rain, hurricanes, tornados, thunderstorms, micro-bursts, earthquakes, ice storms, tsunamis or any other act of nature. Warranty does not cover damage done to the flag if it is flapping against a roof, building, tree, branches, garage, or if it comes in contact with any other object. Warranty does not cover flags flown from moving vehicles such as cars, trucks, boats, motorcycles, etc…. Warranty does not cover theft. It is the customer's responsibility to take care of their flag, hang it properly and to take it down during inclement weather.
