Governor Tom Wolf has ordered all United States and Commonwealth flags in the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Delaware County to fly at half-staff to honor Pennsylvania-born Police Officer Jacai Colson. Colson, a 28 year-old Pennsylvania native and graduate of Chichester High School in Boothwyn was killed in the line of duty on Sunday. He was a 4-year veteran of the Prince George's County Police Force.
Flags shall remain lowered to half-staff thru sunset on Friday, March 25, the day of interment.
All Pennsylvanians are invited to participate in this tribute.
